Hi Paul,
I am considering the use of the Heathcote Bouncing Semaphore Controller to operate Ratio Dual Semaphore Signals, since there doesn't seem to be any sign of Dapol producing these. I am guessing that the SCI only provides a power pulse to the DB8 to change the state of a Dapol semaphore signal. To operate a Heathcote Bouncing Semaphore Controller would need an on/off switch so I am wondering if the SCI could be set to toggle the output of the DB8 (On/Off). Alternatively, would I just be better off using the SC2?
Many thanks.

Hi Speedstor...
You can use the SC1 + DP8 to do eight arms just like the Dapol but you will need to use CV38=8 in the SC1 when driving the Heathcote boards.
The SC2 will drive four servos for four arms, but does not have any bouncing yet if bouncing is important.
You might be interested in the new Signalist Ratio servo base that will be available soon. It fits under the baseboard making a tube to drop the Ratio double arm signal mast in to and has mounts for two servos

Thanks Paul. Signal bounce isn't that important as the Dapol signals that I already have don't do this. At least not that I have noticed. Thanks for the information about the new Signalist Ratio servo base. I think I will wait for the release of this as it will make my task a lot easier.
